NCAA Basketball Tournament (CBS, 5:30-10 p.m. EST): March Madness reaches its pinnacle as the Final Four in men's collegiate basketball face off. First up in East Rutherford, N.J., are Mississippi State, a newcomer to the national semifinals, and Syracuse, which beat Georgia in overtime to gain a berth. Following is a rematch between No. 1 Massachusetts, also making its first Final Four appearance, and No. 2 Kentucky, a five-time national champion. When the two teams met in November, UMass won 92-82.

SUNDAY

The Parsley Garden (ABC, 10-10:30 a.m.): ABC presents two repeat specials for an "ABC Kids Movie Matinee." The first is live-action drama about an Armenian boy's (Christopher Miranda) search for self after being caught shoplifting during the Great Depression. In the second, The Secret of Lizard Woman (ABC, 10:30-11:30 a.m.), a teenager learns to appreciate his heritage when he visits a Navajo reservation in Arizona.

NCAA Women's Basketball Championship (ESPN, 6:30-9 p.m. EST): Two of these semifinalists - Tennessee, Connecticut, Georgia, and Stanford - play tonight in Charlotte, N.C., for the women's national title. Defending champion UConn is trying for another crown against the same Final Four teams as last year.

MONDAY

Home & Family (FAM, 1-3 p.m.): Cristina Ferrare hosts this Family Channel show, premiering today, that is dedicated to presenting uplifting topics relevant to families in the '90s. The show will feature experts in such fields as finance, home maintenance, cooking, parenting, and relationships. The program's focus is to provide useful answers to questions that viewers can call in, fax, or e-mail.

The show will air Monday through Friday.

NCAA Basketball Championship (CBS, 9-11:30 p.m. EST): The men's national championship from East Rutherford, N.J.
