The time-honored lunch hour is the latest casualty on corporate America's growing list of cutbacks, according to a survey The Roper Organization conducted for Stouffer Foods Corporation in Solon, Ohio.

The survey, based on the responses of 101 executive secretaries in Fortune 500 companies, reveals that as many as 61 percent bring their lunch from home regularly and 19 percent brown-bag it more often this year than last.
