`This recipe for machine-made bread is fast and easy - one of my family's favorites,' says Dan Wood.

He uses a DAK Turbo IV model. 1 package yeast 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour 1 3/4 cups unbleached all-purpose

flour 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons butter 1 egg 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon warm water

Put all ingredients into machine, program `white bread' setting and push `start.' Takes 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Makes one loaf.
