Outgoing Gov. Rudy Perpich (D) has appointed Sandra Gardebring to the Minnesota Supreme Court, making the state the first in the nation with a majority of women on its high court. Governor Perpich made the appointment Friday, his last full workday in the office.Skip to next paragraph
