MINISTERS TO DISCUSS USE OF FORCE IN GULF

United States Secretary of State James Baker III will meet with the foreign ministers of United Nations Security Council members Saturday in Geneva to discuss a possible resolution authorizing the use of force against Iraq, the State Department said. President Bush has calmed congressional unrest by saying war is not imminent. His assurances on Wednesday prompted congressional Democratic leaders to say that there was no need to call the House of Representatives and Senate into emergency session.
