ONCE YOU'VE SEEN PARIS...

The Japanese have stepped up their investments in land and buildings, especially office buildings, in and around Paris, according to a report of the Paris office of Healey & Baker, Inc., a real estate firm. These Japanese investments total about $1.04 billion, second only to the British with $1.65 billion.
