US-Nicaraguan talks resume today in Mexico, Ortega says

US and Nicaraguan representatives are to begin another round of political-relations talks today in the Mexican resort of Manzanillo. Sandinista junta coordinator Daniel Ortega Saavedra, speaking Saturday after a meeting with the members of the US House Hispanic caucus, did not say who would attend the meeting. The talks will be the ninth round between the Marxist Sandinista government and the Reagan administration since June.
