Nancy Reagan to make a swing through Dixie

President Reagan's wife, Nancy, is making a Southern campaign swing this week , joining her husband in Milwaukee on Saturday, her office announced Wednesday. She will travel to Lexington, Ky.; Macon, Ga.; New Orleans; and Jackson, Miss., Friday and Saturday, combining visits to children's hospitals with stops at local Reagan-Bush campaign headquarters. She will spend Friday night in New Orleans and tour the 1984 World's Fair there on Saturday.

Mr. Reagan set out today on his final campaign trip, with visits to New England, the industrial Northeast, and the Midwest. He'll go on to California for a series of election-eve appearances in his home state.

Vice-President George Bush campaigned Wednesday in Big Flats and Horseheads in upstate New York before returning to Washington to tape a campaign television message with President Reagan.
