* Need a Lift? A comprehensive list of loan, scholarship, and employment opportunities, this booklet is published by the American Legion. It includes sources of educational assistance for veterans and dependents, military assistance programs, sources of scholarship and other forms of financial aid including federal programs, state and private sources of loans and scholarships, and student employment and cooperative education programs. * Student Guide, Five Federal Financial Aid Programs. This is published by the US Department of Education, PO Box 84, Washington, D.C. 20044. It includes information on the College Student Loan Program, Guaranteed Student Loan Program , National Direct Student Loan Program, Parent Loans for Undergraduate Students, Pell Grant Program, Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant Program, and Teacher Exchange Program.
