Libyans have decided to form suicide squads to wipe out foes of leader Col. Muammar Qaddafi abroad, the official news agency, Jana, said Thursday. ''The masses have decided to form suicide commandos to chase traitors, fugitives, and 'stray dogs' wherever they are and liquidate them physically and without any hesitation,'' Jana said.
It said the action was decided at emergency meetings Wednesday of several ''Basic People's Congresses'' - the country's equivalent of regional legislatures - around the country.
