Libyans plan to attack Qaddafi foes overseas

Libyans have decided to form suicide squads to wipe out foes of leader Col. Muammar Qaddafi abroad, the official news agency, Jana, said Thursday. It said the action was decided at emergency meetings Wednesday of several ''Basic People's Congresses'' - the country's equivalent of regional legislatures - around the country.
