Thatcher visits Reagan; talks accent harmony

British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, exuding good humor and affability, met with President Reagan Thursday for talks that stressed wide agreement in foreign affairs and minimized differences in economic policy.

Before meeting with Mr. Reagan, Mrs. Thatcher made the rounds of television talk shows - repeating her support of American arms policy and concerted actions in Lebanon. She also said the US was jeopardizing global economic stability with its high budget deficits. Last weekend Mrs. Thatcher said she hoped Reagan would run for reelection.
