Detroit mayor issues curfew for teen-agers

Detroit Mayor Coleman Young said the city will issue and strictly enforce a curfew for teen-agers this summer. The Mayor said he ordered the curfew after a rash of recent fatal shootings, including three innocent bystanders in neighborhood disputes. The curfew is the first such action taken by the mayor since 1976, when teen-age violence rocked Detroit.
