Parents may finally get the option of eliminating ads from their children's TV viewing. Action for Children's Television has petitioned the Federal Communications Commission to make TV broadcasters insert an inaudible electronic signal at the beginning and end of ads aimed at children. A reactive device atached to the set would black out the sound and picture until the commercial was over.
