The Inter-American Human Rights Commission is investigating reported repression in Nicaragua, including the alleged disappearance of 18 Miskito Indians. Two members of the commission, part of the Organization of American States, met with six of the 18 Miskito Indians, said Leonte Herdocia, head of the Nicaraguan government's human rights group.
