Iraq planning to continue war with $4 billion deficit

Iran said Wednesday it intended to continue its 28-month-old military battle with Iraq with a ''war budget'' of $4 billion in the fiscal year beginning in March.

The national news agency IRNA quoted Prime Minister Hossein Mousavi as saying the government's annual budget proposals would soon go to the Iranian parliament , the Majlis, for approval.
