Lebanese pullout talks fail to agree on agenda

A fifth round of talks among Lebanese, Israeli, and US negotiators ended Monday without agreement on an agenda for discussions on the withdrawal of Israeli troops from Lebanon.

The United States had offered new agenda proposals Monday. Lebanon rejected them and Israel sought several changes in the US compromise proposals.
