Arafat flies to Majorca for talks with Kreisky

By

Palestine Liberation Organization chairman Yasser Arafat headed to this Mediterranean island Monday for talks with Austrian Chancellor Bruno Kreisky, who reportedly was overseeing the first direct talks between the PLO and Israel.

Mr. Arafat flew to Palma de Mallorca from Algiers, where he met with Chinese Premier Zhao Ziyang Sunday.
