Dallas gambler Charles Harrelson, his wife, Jo Ann, and Elizabeth Chagra were found guilty in the 1979 slaying of federal Judge John H. Wood, reportedly shot to prevent him from presiding at a drug smuggling trial. The defendants said they would appeal.
