A Chilean airliner carrying 51 people on a domestic flight crashed into a hill and burst into flames Thursday as it prepared to land, killing all on board , police said. The Aeronor airlines Folker F-28 crashed apparently because the pilot's visibility was blocked by a training exercise involving airborne firefighters.
