Afghan guerrillas attack rally of regime officials

Afghan guerrillas attacked a rally attended by leaders and officials of Afghanistan's ruling party in Pagman, northwest of Kabul, causing heavy casualties last week, a western diplomatic source in New Delhi said Tuesday.
