Michelin has come out with a new hotel and restaurant guide, ''20 Cities of Europe.'' The cities, chosen for their appeal to business travelers and tourists , are: Amsterdam, Barcelona, Berlin, Brussels, Cannes, Frankfurt, Geneva, Hamburg, Lisbon, London, Madrid, Manchester, Milan, Monte Carlo, Munich, Nice, Paris, Rome, Venice, and Zurich.

The hotels and restaurants in the guide have been visited by Michelin inspectors and selected and rated in accordance with the usual high Michelin standards. In addition to these listings, the guide provides practical travel information, including charts indicating air-travel time and mileage between cities, a general map showing the 20 cities and the time zones they are located in, and detailed maps of each city.
