PLO fails to get unified Arab sanctions against US

Arab foreign ministers failed to reach a common stand on the Lebanon crisis when they met Sunday to discuss Israel's three-week-old invasion.

The PLO had appealed to the Arab foreign ministers to break relations with the US, to impose an oil boycott, and to withdraw Arab money from American banks.
