Britain agrees to civilian neutral zone on Falklands

Britain agreed to a Red Cross proposal to set up a ''safe area'' for 600 civilians trapped by Britain's war with Argentina in the Falkland Islands capital of Port Stanley, the Ministry of Defense said Sunday.
