Flooded Ohio declared a disaster area by Reagan

President Reagan declared Ohio a major disaster area because of severe flooding earlier this month, following a similar declaration for Indiana last week. The President's action will provide federal funding in the form of individual family grants and temporary housing assistance for eligible disaster victims.
