Sharper, more colorful TV ahead -- at a 'high' price

By

A new ''high definition'' video system was unveiled by CBS and the NHK Japan Broadcasting Company. A spokesman said the new system, which has a wider, sharper, more colorful picture than the average TV set, would ''be to color as color was to black and white.''
