New, longer test flight planned for US shuttle

The space agency will try to launch the space shuttle Columbia on its third and next-to-last test flight on March 22.

Astronauts Jack Lousma and Charles Fullerton are scheduled to fly the reusable spaceship around the world for seven days, five days longer than it has ever been before.
