GOP chairman berated on off-the-cuff remarks

By

Republican national chairman Richard Richards has been scolded by the White House for some recent remarks, including a comment last week that President Reagan might not seek a second term.

He also said Budget Director David Stockman would be forced to resign because hie credibility had been destroyed.
