Reagan economic adviser: economic rally in spring

Murray Weidenbaum predicts an economic rally in the spring. Mr. Weidenbaum, the top economic adviser to President Reagan, said the economy will remain in recession for several months but rally strongly in the spring, spurred by lower interest rates and stepped-up defense spending.
