IN SHORT

Cartoonists complain that President Reagan's regular features make him hard to caricature. Photographers counter that his show-biz instincts make their job a breeze. But then even they begin to find fault, we are told: they lament it is almost impossible to catch the President without a smile on his face. This may be the world's first problem we cannot sympathize with. May they run out of film before he runs out of cheer.
