British Labour leaders to call on brezhnev

Labour Party leader Michael Foot left Sept. 15 for a two-day visit to Moscow where he will meet with Soviet President Leonid I. Brezhnev. Mr. Foot, accompanied by deputy leader Denis Healey and nine parliamentarians from the Opposition party, said that the main topic would be the arms race, although the question of Poland and the Solidarity union movement probably would come up during talks.
