AN unprecedented "Invest in America's Cities" exhibit and conference will be held in Zurich in late October. Sponsored by the Us Conference of Mayors, the four-day meeting is expected to draw 2,000 European businessmen in every field from real estate to electronics. Up for discussion at the seminar sessions: US tax laws, regulations, and the nature of the labor market.
