A strike by air traffic controllers closed London's Heathrow Airport Thursday for the second time in 10 days. British Airways was forced to cancel 130 flights, and transatlantic flights to and from the United States were disrupted. The six-hour strike was part of a two-month-old dispute by civil servants over a pay demand.
