Saudis reported planning to fund Pakistani H-bomb

Saudi Arabia is about to sign an agreement to provide Pakistan with $800 million to help it make a hydrogen bomb, the London Sunday Times said. It added that Pakistan felt it was ready to develop a bomb but lacked the financial resources. Quoting Pakistani negotiators, the newspaper said the agreement contained a clause preventing Pakistan from providing Iraq with any technology developed in the project.
