Red Cross asked to recover bodies

Palestinian officials said they had asked the International Committee of the Red Cross to recover the remains of five guerrillas who a United Nations spokesman said had been blown apart with explosives by Israeli soldiers. The UN official said that a Dutch UN patrol had reported that Israeli soldiers killed the five and then blew them apart on Christmas Day. He said the Israelis prevented the UN from recovering the remains of the Palestinians. Israel denies that the bodi es were blown up.
