New York — While TV audiences await the Nov. 21 episode of CBS's blockbusting series, "Dallas" to get the word on who shot J. R. Ewing, he has been busy shooting down ABC and NBC.
According to the latest Nielsen ratings, last week "Dallas" was four of the top 10 shows of the week, ranking as Nos. 1, 2, 4, and 9. According to Monitor TV critic Arthur Unger, with J. R.'s aid CBS took 9 of the top 10 spots in the ratings hit parade with ABC and NBC running a poor second and third. The No. 1 and 2 Dallas shows were the two-hour premiere; Nos. 4 and 9 were repeats of last season's climactic episodes.
