Britain's Labour Party politicians are holding a first round of voting for a new leader today (Nov. 4). Four candidates are running, and further ballots are expected before a winner emerges. The field is expected to narrow to two contenders: Denis Healey, the right-wing former chancellor of the Exchequer, and Michael Foot, the left-wing deputy leader.
