All octogenarians entitled to a rousing cheer. But when the octogenarian is Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother this calls for a special tribute as well. To which we would only add that the "Queen Mum's" naturalness and nobility continue to stand as a model of true womanhood. No public figure we can think of more deserves a national celebration.
