Cuban tankers fired on by planes off Africa

Unidentified warplanes fired on two Cuban ships 30 miles off the coast of Western Sahara Saturday night, killing the captain of one vessel and injuring three officers, Cuba's official Prensa Latina news agency reported Sunday. The agency said the ships were fuel tankers that were in the area to supply the Cuban tuna fleet tht operates in mid-Atlantic.
