Barbara Timm, the mother of a hostage held in Tehran, is expected to travel to Iran shortly with her husband and lawyer, US officials said Wednesday. Mrs. Timm visited her son, Marine Sgt. Kevin Hermening, at the US Embassy in Iran in April.
