Soviets warn communists to resist Chinese threat

The Soviet Union Monday called on revolutionaries throughout the world to be on guard against what it said were efforts by China to undermine the communist movement and turn it against moscow. The warning was issued through the Communist Party newspaper Pravda in an article that also revived old charges that Peking is seeking to dominate in Asia with threats and attempts to set its neighbors against each other.
