Libya deports Americans in apparent tit for tat

Libya has deported two dozen Americans in what State Department officials said Tuesday may have been retaliation for the US expulsion this week of four Libyan diplomats who were harrassing Libyan refugees. A Libyan news agency report monitored here said the Americans had been "involved in spying."
