Who would a Reagan administration include? Mr. Reagan has named a team of 68 foreign-policy advisers, including Richard E. Pipes and Nathan Glazer of Harvard and Robert L. Pfaltzgraff Jr. of the Fletcher School at Tufts. Now speculation is centering on his choice for running mate.

Conservative supporters in Congress threaten to withdraw active support if Mr. Reagan tries to "broaden his base" with a more liberal running mate.

Insiders suggest that Mr. Reagan may select three to five possible choices and let the GOP national convention pick his mate.
