Our name is about honesty. The Monitor is owned by The Christian Science Church, and we’ve always been transparent about that.

About 400 Cuban refugees landed in Costa Rica Thursday; 250 had arrived Wednesday. Members of the US Immigration and Naturalization Service team that will process 3,500 of the refugees going to the United States were also expected to arrive.
