Onassis spouse under KGB orders, paper says

Sergei Kauzov, estranged husband of Christina Onassis, is a Soviet agent who wooed and won the heiress on KGB orders to gain confidential information on Western oil supplies, the Daily Express said Thursday. The front-page story said Mr. Kauzov was a Soviet shipping expert based in Paris when he was ordered by the Soviet intelligence service to pursue and marry the twice-divorced Christina, who inherited one of the world's biggest tanker fleets from her father, Aristotle Onassis. She has begun divorce proceedings.
