Tehran gets a deadline to ask for Shah's return

The Panamanian government has given Iran until March 22 to present its case for the extradition of the Shah, according to a lawyer representing the Iranian government. The lawyer, Christian Bourget, confirmed he has acted as itermediary between the two governments in the case, but declined to say whether his activities involve negotiations for the release of American hostages in Tehran.
