Chicago teachers defy back-to-work order

Teachers defied a court order Tuesday and continued a strike that forced the shutdown of the nation's third- largest school system. Pickets braved both a Cook County judge's back-to- work order and a heavy snowstorm and heeded an order to resume picketing issued by the Chicago Teachers Union president, Robert Healy.
