House votes for removal of games from Moscow

The House of Representatives voted overwhelmingly Thursday to urge the removal of this summer's Olympic Games from Moscow because of Soviet intervention in Afghanistan. If the Olympics could not be transferred or canceled, the House said, athletes of the United States and other countries should refuse to compete in Moscow and should hold alternative games of their own.
